What's an awesome DAC for under 150$

I will be pairing them up with a JDS Labs O2 and my Modded Fostex T50rp's, I've only heard good things about the HRT Music Streamer 2. Any other suggestion will also be appreciated. You can blame the Full Sized Headphones forum for my lack of knowledge.

The reason the music streamer is so well recommended is because there aren't a lot of DAC only products under $100.  With that said I believe the MS2 to be a good buy.
 
Then there's the fiio d3 which I've never heard.

I'm not much of a DIY-er, but I am very interested in the DAC destroyer (most likely because of it's name), but how can it compete with the MS2?

The DD (DAC Destroyer) is cheaper.

The Fiio D3 is brilliant without question and for $28 its an incredible value. However it does rely on you having an onboard optical/coax out. But for $28 it sounds amazing , offers low jitter 192/24-bit audio.
