no idea. i can still hear it buzzing different parts of the neighborhood. i'll bet they're searching for infrared heat plumes.

Somehow, we all knew this day would come. The day that we watch COPS to see redshifter running through backyards wearing nothing but a pair of ragged jeans, a tanktop, and a pair of Grados only to be violently intersected by the K9 unit.

The red light is called a beacon, and is required by the Federal Aviation Administration. It is required to be energized (on) whenever the master switch is on, indicating that the aircraft could start/run at any moment, and that there is a fire hazard possibility. Almost all other countries have adopted the same regulation.

thanks, i took a couple movies of it circling around too. it was moving pretty fast when i took it.

the cops in this area are ok by me. they found my stolen bike after all!

They must be really good cops, because most don't even care when you lose something like a bike... Lucky you!

the main reason they found it was the bike was in the stolen van.
