I am on the lookout for a new pair of IEM's and have narrowed it down to either the Grado GR8 or the Audio Technica ATH-CK10. The Grado GR8 has been offered to me for £160, they have had very little use around 40 hrs max, they retail here in the UK for £270-£290 so they are a decent price in my book.

The Audio Technica ATH-CK10 I can get for around £155 brand new. Comfort is paramount for me in an IEM then the SQ, any feedback would be welcomed before I make my choice.

Have you made a choice yet? You mention that comfort is most important. The GR8 is extremely light, small and comfortable. And they happen to sound great...very balanced and smooth sig.

On a related note the CK10 is the most comfortable IEM I've ever tried, or maybe tied with the Soundmagic PL50 for the honor.
