What would be a good cd player

I am semi-kinda thinking about getting a cd player for my headphone set up. I have a portable cd play that i use right now but i would like a decent player. what would be a good choice for under 200 bucks.

Good 'budget' choice would be NAD 54x or Rotel. Not sure about recent Denon offerings, they used to have killer budget cdps.
