Boston Acoustic A70

I've heard a nicely restored pair of Boston Acoustics A70 for right around $200. They sounded bloody gorgeous - I was told they're a classic, and it's obvious why, after a listen.

I also have a set of Avid Model 110 speakers (no relation to the current manufacturer of high end turntables), restored for $50, that serve as TV speakers and sound wicked good for the money.

For the main 2ch setup I went all out on a pair of the Tannoy Kensington SE, with matching ST200 super-tweeters. It just nails my personal ideals of sonics & style.

Custom 2 ways from 1982, 5" midwoofer and 1" dome tweeter
Infinity Qb 3 ways with 10" woofer, 4" mid, and EMIT ribbon tweeter. My favorite as well.
Technics SB-CR33s which are currently stands for the Qbs

MBL 101E (main system)

Talon Khorus (second system, in large bedroom)

Talon Peregrine (5 of them, to be used as center, surround, and rear surround in a 7.1 HT setup if I ever get around to it. I've used a pair from time to time for 2 channel listening as well.)

Newform Research 645R (third system, in headphone lounge area)

Martin Logan Aerius (stuffed in a closet at the moment, but normally rotated with the Newform once per year)

Magnepan something-or-other - an older model I use in my exercise room, when I exercise which hasn't been often of late.

I've got some other stuff as well, but these are the main ones. I wish I had a lot more space so that I could set up a couple more systems.

I hope to one day own some Klipsch Cornwalls or LaScalla. OR Altec Voice of the theater horns.

Ah the good old days. I used to have a pair of KG's. I would really love to own the LaScalla's but don't know where I would put them (translation - I am married so I can't have anything that big). Now it is just HT speakers. Mirage in the living room and JBL in the den.
