I have a pair of Senns 580, and KurtW is building my Meta 42 with 1/8 jack. Like every 580/600 owner, I am weighing the option of upgrading the cable to Cardas or Equinox...I know Equinox comes with 1/8 plug...so that shouldnt be a problem. But Cardas usually comes with 1/4 plug so it will not fit into my Meta 42. Should I order a Cardas with 1/8 plug, or should I PM KurtW to change the spec to 1/4 jack? What do you guys think?
BTW..I have no intention of having multiple cables around me, one is all I can afford. Please give me some inputs!

If you don't plan on using your META42 portably, probably have KurtW change out the jack to a 1/4". Almost all home headphones and upgrade cables come with 1/4" connectors, so it just makes sense, not to mention that a 1/4" jack is just better anyway, since it's stronger and sturdier. ...

Sorry people. Just contact my builder and was told the 1/4 jack won't fit in Serpac H-67 case. Oh well....u guys had me going pretty well.
