What Over-Ear headphones (below 180) do you recommend for a Shanling UP2?

Hello, I currently have a Shanling Up2 about 6 months ago and I am happy with its sound, I have a Fiio F9 PRO that goes very well and I like its sound a lot, although the fact of being in-ear sometimes bothers me a bit.
I want a pair of Over-Ear headphones that are comfortable, closed and for urban use, I don't want a big Meze 99 style.

I had a few months ago some Audio Technica ATH-M40x, I found them very uncomfortable, the very hard headband and the pads the same.

I don't know what to see now, I saw the V-moda Crossfade M-100 160-180 at Amazon Wherehouse, is it recommended?

I am not from the United States, I have a friend who is traveling soon and the idea is to send it from a store like Amazon or Audio46. I don't know another reliable store that sells new audio products, could you recommend any?
Quite a few open box and others in ebay for under 200. As low as 150. I also found this. Never purchased from them, but they accept PayPal.
