What nice screw you used for PPAv2's Hammond 1455N1601 case?

The screw looks nice, so I am wondering what it is. If you have used better screw, also please let me know. Thanks in advance!

I don't get it.
Why would you go to all of the effort to replace the factory screws with some #6-32 socket head screws that stick out like a big red sore thumb?

(try Mcmaster-Carr or your local hardware store)

6-32 x 3/4" socket head cap screws work quite well if you tap the Hammond case (no drilling required). This improves repeatability with the screws and leads to much less stripping than with the short self-tapping ones that come with the case.

Also, socket head cap screws are knurled on the socket cap. If your holes are smoothly tapped, this lets you use them like thumb screws except for perhaps the last couple of turns needed to make things tight.
