Hmm, wow. I'll have to break the news to him that his TV has been dethroned.

20"-viewable Philips flat-screen CRT analog TV. My computer monitor has more viewing are for widescreen movies than that thing does, but it does have a great picture. I rarely watch TV so that thing will suffice for quite some time.

Sony KD-34XBR960 with the SFP tube

Hands down the best tube Sony has ever produced and considered to be one of the top 3 tube sets ever. Their top of the line SXRD's can't even come close in picture quality. Their 1080p LCD's compare, but only when being fed actual 1080p material. I'll never sell this 200+ lb. behemoth.

56" Samsung DLP HDTV. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase! This TV has been amazing since I bought it a few months ago, I've yet to purchase a HD/Blueray player but I do have digital cable and play xbox 360 in HD.

We bought a Toshiba 56HMX96 56" DLP last Christmas and love it. Haven't got a Blu-Ray or HD-DVD setup yet, though. Still waiting on that.
