What is your favorite under-rated Headphone?

I was wondering what everyone's favorite under-rated Headphone is?

Regardless of price, brand, or style. A headphone that YOU think is great or very good that dosen't get mentioned too often.

My vote goes for the AKG-K301.

I know--I know you get a constant barrage of praise for them. But it's still not enough.

In case lini missed this thread: I think the Beyerdynamic DT 531 is very good, better than the Beyer 931, 831 and 250-80. I don't own it, though.

There is a headphone I own, that I find more enjoyable than anything by Sennheiser or AKG: the Audio Technica ATH-A5 "Art Monitor". It has long been discontinued but the ATH-A series is still around.

I don't know if it's really underrated but I really like the Beyer DT 770. It's become my closed headphone reference.

my favorite underrated phones are my many years old < $10-20 sony earbuds, because although they sound like crap, if the music is good, they still allow for a surprising amount of envolvement and enjoyment ......
