For me, this is difficult to answer.

The phones I listen to the MOST are the DT250-80s, however my phones of preference would be AKG K1000s. Since I do most of my listening at work, the K1000s aren't practical, so I instead use the DT250-80s.

It's clear that's a preference thing more then a use thing . In your case it's probably k1000.
