You can share a short passage, but the entire song is indeed a legal problem in most countries.
If you want to try cutting out the rest of the track to share only the intro, Audacity is a free app for PC (and I believe for mac too) to edit audio files.
Or you could try to find out if that version of the track can be found on YouTube or some streaming platform(open access means more people can try to listen).

OP here, I could post here one of the .flac files that have the echo phenomenon for further analysis, it's a Miles Davis record,but i don't know/ think i'm allowed to do this.
Are we still talking about print through pre-echo? We already had an example of that and explained it.

Sure. From what you described, tape print/bleed through is by far the most likely culprit but it would be interesting to hear (the part of) the track and make a more informed assessment.
