What is the last music video you watched?

Sometimes, when i watch these artists from the '70s, i have to ask myself......"where did all the talent GO ? "

Im a musician, for a long time.
I am also a studio pro, and i just have to tell you, that talent is thin in this material - secular world, regarding pop music singers who can really sing.
The last time there was a real "Supergroup" it was The Police.
And some would argue, "coldplay, maroon 5, and the killers", and they are just fine.
And you tell me, who after Elton John, took his place?
Billy Joel?....Sting?
Not really, but they have talent....yes.
But we are now 25 yrs past the prime of EJ, and there is no one else..... And Sting is a past relic and BJoel retired 15 yrs ago.
So, who , Jack Johnson?....Dave Matthews...... Jason Mraz......Ed Sheeran?
They are fine, but they are not outstanding vocalists.
And these groups i named are not up to the standard of the best of... Journey, and They are certainly not The Police, or even Foreigner.
And what group in the last 30 yrs can stand before Queen?
= zero.
I can name a handful of girls and a few boys that can really sing, but, i can then name 50 of each that can't, yet, thanks to (vocal rendering) technology, and dirty videos, they are seen/heard everywhere.
The only current male who has magic in his voice, and that amazing tenor range that defines the best of the best is Tom Chaplin of "Keane".
And that's it.
Katy Perry has a great voice, but she no longer has an ear for a great song.
Ariana Grande has a great voice, but she has Katy's problem.
The last really Good KP song was "Fireworks", and that is not a recent event.
This lack of prime vocal talent in the "pop music" industry is become the bane of music, (along with Rap and similar)....for many many years.
