So i have both timsok ts 316 and aful cantor on dc elite. To me is people exagerate cantor quality. Cantor is for me not allrounder its a album, song specialist. Need very high quality music flac is must for it and when quality upping it is moment where is strong. The best is mj pop songs with 2600 - 3000 kbps in it there is shine. Its not magic machine, timsok is more universal to me but when everything click cantor realy shine but that is.

In cantor is not bright problem never. Is some plasticity in sound if you know ibasso it 03 there is in ibasso is more. If you go to less good quality song more plasticity feel even vocal is like thiner and sound goes out of the window. I cant at the moment fix there isues i have song where normal listen is ok and goes next and sound jump out of the working window again. Is like on and off feel.

I keep hearing praise for all of the 634Ears sets. The TX02 set that was for sale in classifieds is what I have my eye on!
If you thought the Timsok was too warm with too much bass, I'd recommend staying away from the TX02. As much as I love it, it's a warm sound, with clear treble, and bass that's really close to basshead territory. Maybe the TX01? I've not heard it but I think that is the more balanced of the two. That said, I cannot speak more highly of 634ears in general.

Thank you!

I think part of my problem with the Timsok was using the Hiby R4. I had a similar issue with Shanling MG600 and 800 until I started using LP W2 Ultra to drive them. But you are probably right I should stay away.

Musicteck is selling open box Oriolus Isabellae for $460. These are ancient in IEM years (four years old). Do these still hold up by today's single-DD standards? They sure look pretty.
I see them mentioned on this thread fairly often and they made a bunch of the lists here. I have been curious about them myself.

Interesting that you found them bright while @Ruprit finda them warm. Do you recall which model you tested?

I found them "touching on bright", not "bright".

No idea on the model numbers would have to ask the owner

I didn't go for all of those responses, but I will go ahead and buy the IE200 anyway, primarily for the price. Definitely considering Amazon due to iems reliability over other options.
