My plan is to play Westone UM2s straight out of either a Total Bithead or an Echo Indigo, but I can't decide which. Please help! I need to know which one sounds the best.

I have never heard the Echo Indigo, but have really enjoyed my TBH. The nice thing about it is it can act as a really nice portable amp as well, so if you need to kill 2 birds with one stone, it may be a good solution.

I use the Total Bithead with my Sennheiser HD600's, and Grado Sr225's on my Desktop PC.

The Total Bithead easily drives the HD600's very well, I'm impressed with this for this price range.

Best wishes,

Paul.

Just to clarify the Indigo is also not just a sound card but has an integrated headphone amplifier.

It works well with my Ety 4s and it also drives my pair of HD600 louder than I wih to listen although it does not produce the same levesl of clean bass as my EMP.

Cheers

Thomas
