What is a Clip-On headphone ?

I know how it looks like, because I've seen the picture.
The problem is I can not imagine how it is being used.
Does it press the phones into your ears to provide better isolation / sound tunneling ? or does it just attach loosely on your ears ?

How is the isolation level ? Better than open-type headphone ?

It attaches loosely to you years, but can be adjusted for a somewhat tighter fit. Isolation is nearly non-existant.

Well, then KSC-75 is certainly not for me.
It seems only canal phone is the way to go for me.
Unfortunately, I find it hard to find one in my country. Only common earphone, but no canal.
The only available is Koss The Plug, which everyone here condems.
