What influence does the amp have?

I listen about 80% of the time through HD650s through a Graham Slee Novo amp. Because I have more than one source the Novo is fed from an intergrated amp via the tape out, how much does this amp colour the sound from the source to the Novo?

Depending on the integrated amp in question (how "dumb" is it?), it's sole contribution to the signal is probably however long the internal contact traces are between the in and out plugs. In other words, it's probably not "in" the chain in any serious way. If it's a whiz-bang model that digitizes everything though, well, the signal is probably going ADDA before it comes back out.

Mike, put it like this, I have a little dot mk3 tube amp, and a12 volt 4 channel amp....the amp makes a huge difference! So does the cable your using

You don't really need anyone else to answer this question.  Pick one source and listen to some music you are very familiar with, and then take the integrated out of the path by plugging that source directly into the Novo and see if you hear any difference.

Cheers guys, I'll give that single source test a go. I'm in the process of a major overall of my system, and I am just trying to work out at what point the amp has to go. I've started of with turntable>arm>cartridge, which will take a few months of saving and then move on to the amp.

Nice!  I was unaware of Jill Barber until just this last weekend when I stumbled upon her free sample mp3 download at Amazon, and was so captivated by her voice and music style that I immediately added her Mischievous Moon CD to my shopping cart. Wasn't sure if she was known to very many so added her as my avatar to spread the good word for anyone who enjoys great female vocals.

The albums previous to this have a more folky, country sound.

I can see your confusion, but I think the situation will become clear when you realize that it all goes further to answer your original question of "What influence does the amp have?".  That is to say, it seems that one of the influences your amp has, is to lead to discussions of wonderful, if lesser known, female vocalists.  Sounds like a keeper to me!
