Has anyone heard this amp?

If so, how does it compare in sonic signature to tried and true favourites such as the Lehmann Black Cube, the Graham Slee Solo...etc...

The review seemed to suggest that the HPA-100 is slightly on the warm/dark side? Is this true? How about the bass - is it powerful, and what amps offer more powerful bass?

Cheers in advance for responses.

Just a word of warning - the specs on the website are total crap. THD+N into 1khz (reference level not given): 0.00003%

That number is pulled out of their behind/completely impossible.

Another grain of wisdom from their website: unless you replace your fuses with copper bars your power cord will fall victim to "air born noise" (quoting here).

I'm intrigued - you already have a very good amplifier in your Benchmark that will quite happily drive all your headphones. Why do you want another one?
