I listen to soundtracks and I really like my DT880s for it. I think the Q701 would work as well. Larger soundstage with less bass than the DT880s. AKG would be the cheaper option, you can find a used one on Amazon for $160. 2nd is DT880 Prem 250 for $184. Both would benefit from some kind of amp so if you can't spend past the 200, get the Q701 and save up.
