A gin and tonic sounds rather good right now...

"Team Boy-Fi" seems a bit redundant here since the membership here is predominantly male. It's strange since at Rocky Mountain Audiofest there were a far greater proportion of women audio enthusiasts compared to the proportions here, although it may be that unless otherwise noted, members here are assumed to be male so there are likely far more women here than we know about.

I started Team Girl-Fi because I didn't like that other posters assumed that I was male and wanted a way to give them an indication that I was a girl without being too blunt. It was just a matter of pronoun preference. And kind of a thing to say that teenage girls can appreciate audio too.

But the thing about guys joining? No clue.

You only qualify when you have the right 'equipment' and in certain special cases like de-j.

True members of team girl-fi are honest, modest and always right. Posers are easily recognised by not being either or all of these three.
