I can get any Oakley model for 40% off MSRP and these really caught my attention:

I already have a pair of half jackets for sports, so these would be an everyday wear-around-campus pair (some driving but not as much as the half-jackets would get).

Anyone ever had these? I'm going to try to head down to the mall to try them before I buy, but it's finals week and I don't know if I will be able to.

I will really try to get down to the mall as honestly I hate how most sunglasses look with my face. The half jackets are the only ones I've ever really liked, but I need another pair.

The only sunglasses that look "right" on my face i.e. I still look like me not a CIA agent or a drug dealer were wire-framed Serengeti drivers.

Try them on first.. it's really hard to tell how they'd look until you see them on your face. Personally, I don't like the straight arms (or whatever you call them) on Oakleys.

I like my Maui Jims.

i have oakley juliets with polarised lens, ive got, blue, fire and purple lenses for them, blue for winter, red for summer!

The headfier Bong is the resident Oakley wire expert. I know he's got a ton of pics, but I haven't seen him around here lately. I've been in the process of downsizing my "collection" so that it's not a collection anymore, but the only two Oakley wire frames that suited me worth a darn were the Whiskers and Crosshairs. The Crosshair S was suitably smaller for my face, but they still looked too much like Wardens.

Yeah I think they look cool as well, although the price on the site i ridiculous IMO for this design.

I have the black iridium polarized square wires and have tried the nanowires. I didn't like the nanowires quite as much. In love with the titanium square wires, would never pay the ridiculous prices Oakley typically charges though.

Is the fit really different between the nanowires and the square wires or was it just styling you didn't like?

I've had a pair of those, they're nice and worth it. Personally, I like RayBan polarized, a little smoother for me.
