Okay. I tried to research, really I did. But I got further confused. Can I buy on thing and be done with it to power these speakers? I need it to be around $100 and have a way to input component audio. I heard something about additional PSUs for the amp. What about wires. How do they work?

T-amps are smaller digital amps. Not as much output for a full sized receiver, but they have plenty for a computer desktop setup.

Topping and Indeed make good t-amps.

And then yes. You would need speaker wire to connect the speakers to the amp, and some cables to connect your computer to your amp. Monoprice is a good place to get good values on cables.
