With the shortage of buffers, when will a redesigned PIMETA, or perhaps a whole new amp designed to be more portable than a PPA be in the works ?
What comes after PIMETA ???

The buffers used in the PIMETA, while the same BUF634, are the DIP8 version so you've got that a bit wrong. DigiKey currently has a couple thousand of those on hand. It's the surface mount version that's out of stock and only used in the MINT.
