Stax stand and dust cover, great stuff for Stax.
Shure zip cases for IEMs. Durable, easy, and unobtrusive.

A small bungi about halfway down the HP cable to hold it off the floor so I don't roll over it with the chair

Adapters. I have a particular affinity for all the different varieties. I find it especially exciting when headphones or amps come with adapters.

got airline adapter, 3.5mm to 6.3mm and then 6.3 mm to 3.5mm and then Stereo splitter too.
