I'll add to that:
www.megatokyo.com --> A great anime/game webcomic. The first graphic novel of it is available to buy, and the second is on the way. Really cool if you're a geek ^_^

raymondlin: Vwap forgot the .com at the end. Hee hee...I always wanted to burn my dial-up modem.

There are quite a few...

Of course, there's Audiogon, where I spend entirely too much time looking at stuff that I don't have nearly enough money to buy.

There's also eBay, where I spend my time fishing (for deals) and (auction) sniping. Also sell a lot of stuff that I don't need any more so that I can buy more audio gear

There are a couple of conservative political websites that I visit fairly often. There's National Review Online, which has some of the best opinion pieces on the web.

Another good site for conservative viewpoints is Jewish World Review, which carries a wide array of interesting commentary.

The sports site visited most often is M-Live Detroit Lions Page. Yeah...I know...I'm a glutton for punishment.

There are lots of others, but those are the biggies!!

I also like www.classicalchatterbox.com one of the few sites devoted to discussion of classical music.

Then there is the ol' workplace site www.hnet.uci.edu/philosophy

After looking at some of these pages... i have come to REALLY realize this fact:

there is some unbelievably disturbing stuff on the internet. and this stuff is usually very very popular. which in itself, is disturbing.

A few I forgot about:

www.isonews.com --> information source for the piracy "scene". i do not condone any of the actions, per se, but some of the threads are quite enlightening.

http://www.weebl.jolt.co.uk/pie.html --> home of weebl and bob... skippy's avatar picture-sake

http://www.somethingawful.com/rchs/index.html --> river city hacky sack... still a fun flash game

www.chemfinder.com --> used to use this a lot during o-chem days. find a good deal of info on most any chemical compound. the pop-ups are new to me and quite annoying.
