LaVerne Butler "Day Dreamin"

A great jazz CD. She has a voice like the greats of yesteryear.

Arovane - Cycliph EP

I stayed away from arovane for a long time because a freind told me he was just another autechre rip-off. Some friend! I can tell Arovane is one of the artists I'm going to end up needing every release from.

I am sitting in my upstairs office trying to avoid starting any weekend projects, perusing the new Head-Fi posts and listening to Bob Dylan's Biograph collection. It is amazing how songs can transport you back to another time and place.

I just finished converting my entire Springsteen collection from CD to MP3 to my Archos....

Listening to "4th of July, Asbury Park" (Sandy) from Live 1975-1985 through my Senn600s directly out of the Archos Jukebox...headphone jack.
NICE

Why, I'm not familiar with that kind of drug terminology and so can't help you, Dog (by which I don't mean to suggest, Sir, that you are actually a dog (woof-woof and all that). Frankly, in my day, we spoke of spliffs and Phillies blunts and that was that. None of this horrid "chronic" business. Perish the thought.

You might be able to ask one of those roving addicts I've seen here on Head-fi occasionally (they wear their identification numbers on gold chains, BTW, and often travel in mosses). They're hard to approach at first, but you could charm one by offering him a spliff.

Drugs? I didn't know it had anything to do with drugs?! I'm going to get rid of all my Dr. Dre and Snoop Doggy Dogg records right now!

You can’t be serious. If you ignored every artist that smoked dope you would be missing out on some of the best music in music history.
