This band is a blast. Billy Cobham is an amazing drummer. So fast & powerful.
Also, Larry Carlton's playing on this album is sublime.



Recorded in 1958, remastered in 2024. At this time, Mr. Evans was leaving
Miles Davis' band after recording "Kind of Blue" and going solo with a trio.
On bass is Sam Jones and drums is Philly Joe Jones ... also veterans of
working with Miles Davis.
