Free's brilliant 2000 compilation box set album 'Songs of Yesterday'

I have all of Free's albums as I loved the band.
This compilation album features some previously unreleased versions of songs and the sound quality throughout is fantastic!

This 'stereo mix' version of 'Oh I Wept' ( original version was on 'Fire and Water') is just brilliant.

It seems we lost another great musician last month, which just came to my attention yesterday: Robby Steinhardt, Violinist and Co-Lead Vocalist of Kansas, Dead at 71

Todays selection is in honor of Robby.

a classically-trained violinist ... RIP Robby Steinhardt. I greatly enjoyed your
music thru the years. This album is a compilation of their 1977-78 live shows,
reissued in 2008 for the 30th anniversary. Total time: 148:22. Rock on!
