So far as I can work out, this is from Paris 1960. Can't find it in discographies but matches with two other albums from Paris 1960 with this line-up.

"Norman Granz was on hand to record music from Cannonball Adderley's first European tour in 1960, but he and the Adderley estate have been parsimonious in dealing out the goods. It took 24 years for Part One, What Is This Thing Called Soul to emerge, and another 13 years passed before this follow-up album [Norman Granz' Jazz at the Philharmonic The Cannonball Adderley Quintet] came out. But better late than never, as they say, and the reward is hearing Cannonball's alto in full ecstatic flight, lots of fighting work from brother Nat on cornet and the prized rhythm section of Victor Feldman (piano), Sam Jones (bass) and Louis Hayes (drums) in a state of complete rapport. Only "The Chant" is duplicated from the earlier album, and Cannonball's solo is a model of Parker-derived hard bop laced with his own highly rhythmic personality. Other than an overlong drum solo on "Bohemia After Dark," this is a most enjoyable slice of what, alas, is now history."
13 tracks (1Hr 41min) on this one.

Billy Idol - Whiplash Smile! 🎸
Wiki
Whiplash Smile is the third studio album by English rock singer Billy Idol, released on 20 October 1986 by Chrysalis Records. After his successful album Rebel Yell (1983), Idol continued his collaboration with Keith Forsey and Steve Stevens while writing and producing songs for the album.

Three singles were released from the album, with "To Be a Lover", "Don't Need a Gun" and "Sweet Sixteen" peaking into the top forty on the Billboard Hot 100. "Soul Standing By" was released as a single only in Australia and New Zealand.

I saw him live a couple of times in the 80 and 90s. I met him once while a friend was filming a video. He was gracious and shook my hand. I had all his albums including this one. Bought it off eBay in great A- condition. It's a great album and some solid songs. 🎶 Steve Stevens on guitar.🎸🎶😎

Steve Stevens on guitar is one helluva treat.
