Interesting! I've been enjoying Tomorrow Comes the Harvest, his collaboration with Jeff Mills this year, but I haven't heard of Nu Guinea. It's not listed in his discography in RYM either. Apparently it's part of a series from 2016.

Well, here's what I found out - the "band" is called Nu Guinea, from France.
It's hard to tell if Tony actually plays on the album, but I believe he does from reading this site.
Not in his main-stream or with his usual band, at all.
BTW, the music sounds similar to Tomorrow Comes the Harvest, more electronic than with real instruments.

Alan Jackson - Good Time.jpg
One of the few real country guys still around ... great studio album from 2008!
My favorite musician in Alan's band, thru the years, is guitar player Brent Mason :)

Brad Paisley - This is Country Music. Another guy who gets it. Studio album 2011.
Guests include Marty Stuart, Don Henley, Sheryl Crow, Carrie Underwood, & Randy Owen.

Well, yes there are three guys in Nashville who get it, LOL. RCA Studio "B" - so nearly live.
Tomorrow I'll be on Chris Stapleton's music ... talk about a dude who gets it --- !
Y'all streamers out there ... give these albums a listen. It's basically free for you.
HD800 ---> :)
