YES!  Excellent album!  I have the original on vinyl and CD and a couple years ago acquired the rereleases an all formats.

Too bad half those guys are dead.

Watching the DVD is great but, man did Skerik go too far with his horn.

"Layne Staley felt as though he was on a spiritual mission through his music. Not a rock mission, a spiritual mission."

I just have my original CD from when it came out.  Would be awesome on vinyl, I may have to check eBay.  I also love the AIC "in between" albums (SAP and Jar of Flies).  I'd love it if more bands would record and release faster and not try to make everything so perfect.  Paralysis by analysis applied to music, IMO.

Very sad what happened to Staley and too many others.

Originals sound better than reissues, so be happy you have that CD.  The vinyl is the same.  Buying the original vinyl will not be cheap.

And check out side 4, if you can make it out.  Etched.

I don't know what the reviews say, or care.  It's a fantastic album.  I've brought it over to headphone meets and people buy it afterwards.  Sometimes preferences don't matter, sometimes good music is just that.  This is that.  And seems to be recorded pretty good.
