I don't really know much about headphone modifications and I was looking at the moon audio modification page and was wondering about the risks of doing so, such as losing your headphones in the process/breaking them/etc. Will you be refunded if they lose or break your headphones? Does anyone have any experience with moon audio or other companies they could share?

Drew from moon audio is a true professional,He has hardwired my HE500 & also My t5p. As well as making up cables for special apllications.
As for losing or breaking you phones  I highly doubt it but anything could happen ,best to check with Drew about that.
Check Feedback thread for Moon Audio.
 I highly recommend  Moon audio.

Ok, thanks! I'm still waiting for their reply to my emails and it's been about 2 days and I just need them to confirm some stuff and I'm ready to mail my headphones, how long does it take for them to reply? (Got the email from nicole)
