The most comfortable full-sized headphones I have used are the Sony MDR-F1s.

Ah, I don't think anyone has mentioned the aiaiai tma 1 studio young guru's.  I have these and they are my most comfortable phones.

The ear pads are big memory foam ones, they are very light and the clamping force is good.  Cannot go wrong.

I still find the HE560 a bit heavy. The clamp also puts some discomfort by clamping down on my glasses. Furthermore the ear opening could be taller. The HD650 would be perfect if it didn't clamp so much and the pads becoming rather warm after awhile.

Ah yes, glasses.  That makes things a bit more tricky.  I didn't like how the pads of the HD 650 touch my ears, almost like an on-ear headphone but not nearly as bad.  The HD 700 and HD 800 however are very comfortable for me.

Beyerdynamic T90, Philips Fidelio L1, Sennheiser HD598 and funny enough the Hifiman HE-400 (heavy and bulky but with the velour pads, strangely I can leave them on for hours)....

HD800, HD700, K812=T1, HD600=DT880 - in that order (that's of the ones I've tried anyway).

Sony MDR-Z7 are not only very, very comfortable, but extremely light.  And that makes these wonderful for marathon listening sessions...

But my favorite ear pads have to still be the Alpha Pads.  I've been wowed by these on 4 or 5 different headphones, especially on the ZMF Blackwoods....

My personal experience has been that the Stax SR-307s are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn.

It's worth noting the 207s, 307s, 407s, and 507s are quite similar in structure and should all be equally as comfortable.

I can wear the Stax for hours at a time before I need to give my ears a break.
