I currently use Sony hybrids and find them to be pretty good. Is there anything out there better for isolation or sound quality? Wonder if the gel filled Turbine Pro tips will work on regular MTs?

I'd have to agree with you. I went through all of the Monster tips that came with my Miles Davis Tributes, and my Sony hybrids seemed to have the best seal and the best sound. Couldn't get a great seal using the supertips. :\
Edit: Sorry, I didn't realize that you hadn't tried the tips yet. I also just got a decent seal with the second largest supertip foams. Good sound, but I still feel like the seal isn't right. Sticking with Sony Hybrids for now.
