I have a Fiio E10 set-up with my ATHM50, but I want to explore my old Audio Alchemy Dac-in-a-box (D-I-T-B). Can anyone suggest a suitable amp, desktop, separate or portable that can take the analog output of the D-I-T-B and give me superior results to my E10?
 
I know this is anot a typical question, but it would be a much more versatile set-up for me and I have some good old Mission 760s and Wharfdale speakers that I could also use.

I know this is not a typical question, but it would be a much more versatile set-up for me and I have some good old Mission 760s and Wharfdale speakers that I could also use...

I really doubt you going to improve the sound of the ATH-M50 with anything better then the E10.

I suspected that might be the case. I will just have to look for an amp to match to the Mission speakers, instead.
