What amp do you use for your Grados?

Just throwing this one out there - is there any need to replace the Little Dot 1+ (which is modified with another opamp & tubes) with anything else for Grados?

I own the ps500e and 325i phones and love the combo but am curious if they would benefit from an upgrade.
