Close, it’s London Phil with *Klaus Tennstedt. Gotta say, I don’t know a lot about him but this is one hell of a collaboration!

  5. FLTWS
Tennstedt is a great conductor, only got to see him once, conduct a Bruckner 8 with Philadelphia, great Mahlerian too!

This looks like the album for the "Liebestod" Tennstedt and London Phil.

Possibly this on the Walkure / Levine and the Met
I have that complete Ring set on DVD but I usually prefer to let my inner eyes set the stage.
    CD more better for that.

As I sit here sipping my morning joe, left over from yesterday, we were discussing coffee making means and methods, when my SO suggested using a hammer.

And so for us heathens, just grab a, preferably clean, gym sock, then carefully pour a bunch of beans into the sock and wail away with your framing hammer as you pound those pesky beans into submission.

We figure this 'hands on approach' is a step up from cowboy coffee and while the sock may need an occasional run thru the clothes washer, it certainly will add a more visceral aspect to the morning ritual.

    You're welcome!!!

    hahahahahahahahahahahaha
