I've just found a great electronics store online.
Westgate Electronics sells name brand cables (Mogami, Belden, Canare), connectors (Switchcraft, Canare, Neutrik), etc. No minimum order requirements, no extra processing/handling fees, and the prices are great!
They ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS
