You'll have to burn them in (play music or pink noise through them) for 100+ hours to get them to balance out. SQ will be better than stock ear buds. Hard to go wrong for $8! Just gave a set to my daughter to use.

Google is your friend, or Wikipedia for that matter lol.

But generaly speaking, Pink, White and other colors of noises are just 'nicknames' of repeated frequency sound files..... I can't recall what frequency is related to what 'Color of noise' though, for that - read Wikipedia/Google it.

Some say Pink-noise burn in is most efficient, some say White...... Some say none.. or at least no more than just playing rock or some other music genres...
