Weird Issue With Website?

Anyone else notice that when they are reading a post, if its long then they leave the webpage alone and dont scroll, then sometimes the page will jump up or down like a fraction of an inch. Its really annoying, only happens on this page so I doubt its my monitor, and im not even touching my mouse scroll wheel. The page just kinda jumps like its re-aligning.

The sumajin.com ad is too big for the top bar, so when it shows that ad it pushes the page down until it goes back to another ad.

Same here, along with other problems such as, when posting, the box resizes to hyper-small... Annoying as heck
