ok sounds outlandish. It is but could work. Think Packers?

Hugh? That's right that humble old team from WI. Where many small investors own/control.

Here is the deal. Take a low production cost idea $ something like High Fidelity, then bid out to internet. Create lots of small investors to build capital but also own the production and help develop, a pseudo user group. Nothing to lose, progress to mass market.

Ideas. Yeah I have a few, but guessing so do many folks. Key is funding model, ready to take on the establishment?

Think Michael Moore-on, er except he did it and others either watch or critic either way he won.(p.s. Mike aint the moron)

So what do ya think?

I am a bean-counter so would of share all aspects of the budget to the investors, who as owners could vote on! Er would have to consider the std Corp ploys and avoid hostile takeovers etc... limiting ownership etc... But then again would succeed by failing if one of the big boys would squash as publicity and buyout would fund venture?

Criticism welcome as much as suggestions, only way to sort out if feasible.

Is this well though out? Of course not reason I raise here.

Enjoy the music.

p.s. an excellent sound track would of course be among the offerings!

Next step is story line then characters etc,,,

There would be many problems with this,

Firstly, you would have to find someone would be be a compident editor. Who would edit the movie?

Secondly, we would need an agreed upon median to tape on, unless the editor has access to many type of players.

Most of this wouldnt really need any capitol. You could do something like, come up with an interview, tell headfiers to tape them sleves, answering the questions, and mall the editor a tape or DVD, or Hi8 tape or somthing.

Then you would need a few scenes to tie things together. Along with cleaver editing, a few swap meets taped. It could be a movie, you would also need a story, or something you would be want to prove, otherwise its not a movie.

If enough people answer and tape the questions, it would require almost no money other then the final product to shoot.

So step one: Find an editor
Step two: Write questions
step three: Agree upon media types
Step four: Tape videos
step five: Edit and complie video
step six: Distribute on internet, or sell by indivual order.

Thats how i would do it anyway. but then agian im only in college, and i have only made about 5 short movies.
