Wasn't sure where to post it but do all stores have customer blacklists for people who buy and return a lot of headphones ?

I was talking to someone earlier and they say they do. Won't really name any stores but wondering what everyone here thinks ? How often have you bought headphones online then returned them because you didn't like them or do you keep them instead ?
