My woman bought a PS3 for our new apt, it was bought it off ebay but she made the mistake of buying from a seller with shady feedback because it was the cheapest one there:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=017

The person hasn't contacted her since the payment was made yesterday... We request his phone # and location, but I think a pay pal dispute should be put up also. Am I overreacting? it was bought less than 24 hours ago.

If worst comes to worst I will pay someone on craigslist to hunt him down, ughhhhhh

EDIT: The seller gave a refund and it worked out thankfully!

I think you are being a tad hasty. Not every one has time to check the internet every day. I would give it another couple of days then start panicking...

you bought from a sellar with 70% and 6 reviews? bro, don't use ebay, you don't know how to avoid getting scammed

yes, i'd be worried; i think your girl was INCREDIBLY dense in buying this

Yea the feedback does appear shady, but try to hope for the best and not the worst, it's only been a day. I've dealt with people on eBay that have spotless feedback that never confirm an auction, and never send any communication that the item has shipped. Good luck

I feel your pain. I recently did a headphone trade to a new member who had zero feedback on this forum. As soon as I gave him a PM with the tracking number, he stopped replying, and ignores my PMs all together, (even while he is online).

I don't mean to derail this thread, but since i'm in the same boat as you, I guess all we can do is wait it out and hope for the best.
