I bought fischer audio eterna v2 4-5 months ago. And, within only 5 months , it is not working properly mainly due to loose connection. I bought it through Bugden Audio , who are official seller for this brand. I e-mailed them twice to ethan ( I guess someone at Bugden Audio) and sales departmernt. Ethan replied once saying that you need to take permission from either me or some techinsian. And after that, he has not replied me again.
Is this how bad their customer service ? . I spent 70$ and within 5 months, i might have to buy another... Can anybody help me? .. any suggestion?? ... Should i send them headphone without waiting for their reply??
