War? What War?

"oh please"

I guess he's lucky to be from America where we have never done anything "wrong" or "bad." We've certainly never entered a war just to defend the price of oil in Kuwait while turning our backs on omnipresent human rights violations in China. Surely we've never butted our noses into the politics of Vietnam just to police our drug routes. We've absolutely never pitted arab nation against arab nation selling arms to one while pretending to befriend the other. Surely we didn't train the leaders of the Taliban ourselves just to give Russia someone to fight over opium fields in Afghanistan.

We don't do those kinds of things. Not us. We just humbly police the world and ask politely for other countries to apologize.

After all, we bought Texas from Mexico fair and square. We're not thieves, you know.

Why can't people be more like us?

It's funny cause he links out to

"The soldiers were never punished after receiving amnesty from the U.S. in exchange for the biological information they had collected. "

that definitely implicates us...

the irony is that he probably doesn't know about many of the bad things the US has done because he wasn't taught about them...
