I recently want to upgrade from an AlienDAC. I don't really want to spend TOO much money. I've heard that the M-Audio transit is a good upgrade from the AlienDAC. Anyone else have any suggestions for something under $100 (a USB DAC). I've also heard of a new DIY USB DAC and I'd like to know if anyone is building them (please send me a PM if you are willing to build one for me

Why would you want to upgrade from a Alien DAC(USB) I have be told they are fantastic? I looked at the M-Audio Transit and can't see that it would be better than the newest AlienDAC (USB)
