I want to buy a headphone within the range of 100-150$ with mic. If it is without mic, no problem also.

We need a whole lot more info than that. Post to the recommendations thread and include your budget (which you've already stated), the genres you listen to, whether or not you need isolation (closed vs. open), whether you want over-ear vs. on-ear, what you are driving them with (plugging them into), etc.

Describe what you want to hear, what kind of sound you prefer, open or closed back, etc. Otherwise, it's a complete crap shoot. Give criteria.
 
Otherwise, knowing nothing, here's some "safe" recommendations:
 
Ultrasone HFI 780
Brainwavz HM5
AKG K271 MKII
 
Very few, if any, headphones come with a microphone. There are exceptions. But for the most part, forget that aspect. Get a good external. AntLion ModMic comes to mind.
 
That said, sounds like maybe this is for a gaming setup.
