Anyone (preferably on the west coast USA) have a card they could loan me for a few days (3-7 days) so I could audition it? Will pay shipping both ways, and send you a free CD or DVD (your choice) as a thank you. Would truly appreciate it if there's a kind hearted soul out there, as I don't want to buy unless the card is better enough than my Audiophile 2496 to make it worth the potential hassles (you guys know what they are, I've whined enough about them here already

).

Grateful thanks to anyone who'd consider helping me out. I have excellent feedback, just can't find it ATM as search is down.

well, my card is on order from Zemo and should be shipped to chosen1, who then enclose other things for me in it and then ship to Czech Rep. I already payed Zemo for shipping to chosen1, but he can probably enclose those few bucks for shipping inside the E-MU box and ship to you instead of to chosen1, you pay the shipping from Zemo to you and then you can choice between sending the card directly to me here ($18 or so I believe), or sending it to chosen1 including those few bucks received from Zemo.. you can audition the card for a few days if you want..

deal?

Sounds good to me, I'm game!

Another option (so glassman doesn't have to wait too much longer) would be for you to pay me for the card in full so I can go ahead and order one, ship it to you, and you decide if you want to keep it. If not, just send it back, and I'll refund 100% of what you payed, minus shipping from me to you. And yes, I'm in the west coast USA....Portland, OR area.

Plus, this way you'll have your card already, should you decide to keep it!

but if you still want to honor me with a CD just for the fact I was the first to offer it to you, then please Rebecca Pidgeon - Raven

Why would he do that? If he was going to do that then it would make more sense to just go buy one at a local Guitar Center where I'm quite sure he could get your "group buy price." I got that price without buying more then one card (I was the first to get it at a discount and your group buy price wasn't any lower than my negotiated price). That way, if he doesn't like it, he could simply return it to where he got it from eliminating the need for the middle man and shipping. He'll end up paying Washington sales tax, but it's pretty likely to be less than shipping.

Yeah, that'd work, assuming he has a Guitar Center nearby. And yes, I know you got your single card for the same price I got my group buy cards for, and yes, it can be done if you haggle 'em enough.
