How much did Mr. Wu charge to do the upgrades after purchase (i.e. I need to send it in)?

More importantly, what options did you get and what effect did they have?

For the uninitiated, I'm asking about the new "add to cart" buttons on THIS page.

I haven't received my WA6 yet but I did order all the upgrades. My understanding is that the upgrade are listed from highest to lowest as far as priority. Also, I believe I was quoted $70 to have my unit retrofitted had I not gone for it all at once. I would contact Mr. Wu to make sure.

what's the turnaround time for emails to wooaudio? i contacted them through their online form but have gotten no indication that it was received or that a reply is forthcoming...anyone?

Depending on when you sent Jack the email, he always responds with-in a few hours. (I'd give it a little more time).

Jack is pretty good with responding. Typically I would hear back no later than the next day. Most of the time it would be later the same day. He seems to reply to emails in the late afternoon, early evening.
