About four weeks now as a money spending HeadFier and about 100 hours on these cans. At the 50 hour mark I noticed they were beginning to open up more...better details, instrument seperation and soundstage had improved. There were still tracks I believed were just recorded poorly or didn't work well with my setup. After more use and a few hours of pink noise....WOW! A lot of the other tracks sound MUCH better now, rock specifically.
The setup still exposes flaws in recordings and is a touch bright, but it a settled in a lot. I am extremely satisfied and hope that W5000 listeners get to hear a well used pair to truly experience what these have to offer.
*A side note...I hate seeing "sorry about your wallet" because if your wallet can take it, your ears will love it. So spend forward fellow listeners and enjoy music the way that works for you!
